I am currently working as a developer for a large application in the local government and pensions industry. Previous to this I have worked for Bradford Council as a communications officer.
My other occupational roles include working in pensions administration and human resources.
I was educated in New Zealand, where I lived and studied until I was 25. I have a degree in finance, and a diploma for graduates which mainly comprises chemistry and computing papers.
For many years I have designed and developed web sites as a hobby, but I am also a keen inline skater, family man and footballer. My oher interests go on to include coffee and cafe culture, and playing the guitar.
I am also an active member of Mensa, the high IQ society.
I decided to get into freelance web design, mostly due to the satisfaction of creating an attractive and functional means of communication.
By working for myself I can pass on the cost savings of low overheads, while being flexible to provide a vast range of solutions.
